We will take a close look at each of these programs so that you know what you are getting if you decide to go with the Kinobody workout program to get into shape.
Warrior Shredding Program
The first program we’ll be going over in this Kinobody review is the Warrior Shredding program.
The Warrior Shredding program (WSP) is, in a sense, the beginner program for the Kinobody series. Anyone who is just starting out with working out in general should definitely try out the Warrior Shredding program first.
That’s not to say that this is an easy program – not by a long shot. In fact, this program is extremely challenging.
However, you don’t have to have experience working out to keep up with the Warrior Shredding program and anyone who is just looking to get into really good shape should start with this one.
WSP gets you into shape by starting with fat loss.
Many of the more advanced programs do not have this goal.
In fact, they are specifically designed for those that have very little fat to lose.
But the Warrior Shredding program is intended to start you out slow and allow you to burn the fat that you need to burn to prepare you for the later programs.

Women that want to bulk up and have the superhero body can do exactly that.
Of course, if you are a woman, you may not want to have tons of muscle mass and a bodybuilder physique.
For women that want to get into shape without making their bodies look too masculine, there is a specialized program detailed below that is intended for strength training and toning without creating a lot of bulk.
Goddess Toning Program
The final program we’re going to look at in our Kinobody review is the Goddess Toning program, which is kind of like the Greek God program, but specifically designed for the ladies.
The Goddess Toning program is designed to give ladies a workout that will tighten muscles and give them the perfect toned body without bulking them up.
